1. Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests only if:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective
- Wrong product is delivered
2. Return Request Time
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be shipped back within 2 days

- Must be in original packaging
- All items must be included:
- Tags
- Invoice
- Accessories
- Freebies
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We will reject returns if:
- Request is made after allowed time
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Missing original packaging or tags
- Mishandling or improper use
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Cancellation charges:
- 15% OR ₹250 (whichever is higher)
- Once shipped, order cannot be canceled
6. Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds for delivered products
- Only exchange is allowed
Refund is applicable only if:

- Deduction: Minimum ₹250 processing fee
7. Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (7–10 days)
- COD Orders:
- Store credit (valid 1 year)
- OR bank transfer (on request)

- Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to approve/reject returns after inspection
